Sapphire is a 55′ cruiser stern narrowboat built in 1980. Propulsion is provided by a BMC 1.5 Diesel inboard engine with PRM150 gearbox. The large cruiser stern benefits from a pram cover giving a good sized, sheltered outdoor space.She has a traditional style layout, entering the cabin from the stern takes you into the bedroom with fixed double bed which also offers plenty of storage underneath. Further storage is found in 2 good sized wardrobes. Forward of the bedroom is the bathroom with shower, vanity basin, porta potty and storage cupboard/shelves. Next is the well appointed galley with wood worktops, stainless sink/drainer, fridge, microwave and freestanding gas oven, grill and 4 burner hob. The galley also offers plenty of cupboard, drawer and worktop space. At the front of the cabin is the saloon with freestanding bed settee, wall-mounted TV and Morso Squirrel solid fuel stove. Another fantastic outdoor area can be found at the bow, doors leading out from the saloon carry on the flooring at the same level, without steps, into well deck with cratch cover that also provides cushioned seating all round with storage underneath.
