Happy Days is a 35′, cruiser stern narrowboat built in 2024 by Aintree Boats. She benefits from a wraparound bow to help maximise the internal cabin space and this is further enhanced by a pram cover at the stern providing further sheltered space. Propulsion is provided by a Beta Marine Diesel engine with twin alternators. Having only been built this year she is in excellent condition as you would expect. The stern entrance takes you into the starboard side of the cabin with slim storage cupboards to starboard and an off-corridor bathroom to port fitted with a Thetford Swivel cassette toilet and ceramic, corner hand basin. Next is the galley area with good sized storage and worktop space on the port side and removable, 2 seater table to port. The galley consists of twin stainless sinks, single burner gas hob and fridge. Next is the saloon area with pull-out bed settee, another removable table and TV. At the front of the cabin in the wraparound section is upholstered ‘V’ seating which also offers plenty of storage underneath. 2 doors open up to the front for emergency exit or to provide a nice breeze on hot, sunny days.
