Josephine Collier is an all-steel, 58′ narrowboat built by Napton Narrowboats in 1993. While strictly speaking she has a traditional style stern, the rear hatch is so large it opens up to create a semi-trad feel. Propulsion is provided by a BMC 1.8 Diesel inboard with PRM150 gearbox. Entering the cabin from the stern deck takes you into the galley area. This is equipped with a 12v fridge, 12v freezer, washing machine, stainless sink / drainer, oven, grill and 4 burner hob. Moving forward, this leads to a pullman style dinette which converts to a double berth and offers a good amount of storage space beneath each seat. Next is an off-corridor type bathroom with Thetford Port-Potti, handbasin and bath with tap/shower head unit. The main bedroom features a double bed but this can be set out as 2 single berths if preferred. At the front of the cabin is the saloon with storage units, 2 seater sofa, solid fuel stove and wall mounted TV. Doors then lead out onto the front well deck with cratch and cover. She is equipped with landline connection and 2 pure sine wave inverters, one at 1500W and the other at 225W. There is also a 7Kva generator onboard although it must be noted this is currently non-operational. The vendor has stated they will get a new BSC issued upon sale.
